    technically drinking age in the u.s. can be lower than age 21 on a state-by-state basis but the federal government told all the states that if they lower it past 21 they won't give the states any money to build interstate highways

    is it because if a drunk-tard who is 18 or 20 that crashed into a oil tanker truck and explode and damages the highway bridge because of the intense heat .. the federal government will say, ooo have fun payin for that.?

    we got enough highways.. we dont need anymore highways anyways. our environment is becoming more fragmented because of our roads and communities. Wildlife are separated into small populations in small pockets of land. The Wildlife is doomed because of a genetic bottleneck that occurs and hazard of human activities like being run over by a car or invasive plants/animals.
