It was a stupid statement, but it would probably be a step too far to ban him for that. Spamming every single fucking thread with anime however, is another matter. Personally, I almost think Alucard is trying to push me into banning him as a sort of test. If that's the case, then I can really save a lot of effort and just do it straight up if he asks.
Yes, it is for most of Europe, 18 for harder drinks like vodka though. UK is 18 at a bar, 16 a restaurant, 5 in your own home.
