I have a feeling trickster pmed everyone to bitch about me not playing epic even if I already have confirmed 7th July a billion of times already.
No need for PMs, we can do it perfectly ourselves. But for not having time to scrim, you have an awful lot of time to post replys :p
This community warms my heart. Also fuck you Paradox, new players are arguably more useful than ones who are used to the game, because they see shit that isn't cool that we've just grown used to.
see, mutherfucking see, you basicly just ignore what I4m saying, I'm telling you we need to use new players to test the final product cause they see everything that is wrong, when we test a new version we know what we are looking for to test and what is already shit and needs to be improved. New players cant help with that, they can help with finalising the product. You cock stop being such a dick and read what I actually say.
i dont even know where to start. you couldnt be more wrong, maybe someone else is bored enough to explain to you how you have the narrow sight of a kid who thinks he has the answer but in reality only to his own questions, i cba to do it ... edit: obviously this was directed at paradox ...
explain anyway, cause I cant get my mind arround why you would let a new player test newpires and the new stuff. Let them test the final product since they dont understand why devs added certain stuff. If you give them the final poduct they can make something cohesive out of it. If you let them test 1 thing at a time they dont have the global view of the game and what not.
If they want to test, let them test. The more people that comes to the test, the merrier and happier everyone becomes?
Cause we will in the future, and having people that know nothing of the game testing it would be stupid.
let me just give you an example, how is a new player ever going to see when he has the skillbug happening? He'll never notice it cause he's NEW. How is a new player going to know if he's driving too fast or too slow in a tank? He won't cause he's new. How will he now if anything is wrong if he doesnt know the game, the only thing he'll know if it feels right or wrong if it's hard to learn or not if it's good or bad, that's why you let them test the final product.
I don't know why you guys aren't listening to this guy. It's like if you genetically engineered a banana tree to make easier to peel bananas, and you gave it to some strangely sheltered 4 year old whos never peeled a banana before, and ask him if it's easier to peel.
I love that metaphore, anyway they just hating on me cause it's me basicly. to continue on the metaphore, you let the 4 year old tell you what he likes and doesnt like about the banana. = final product. Not specific things of the banana he doesnt know anything about.
You can also go the other way: Let the 4 year old test the machine, if he manages to kill himself or have a very big trouble using it, something should be done before the finishing state. And I don't think we have any 4 year olds here...?
