If i did some shit like that I would love to revisit the area and go over it all again. Seems fun to me. The mental tests are all done by psychiatrists, hell he had him self checked out to be sane before he did it all. But this was for them to get an idea of everything that happened. Which imo could of been done with out this, seems like a waste of money and a good way to set him up to be killed by a vigilante.
I would understand if this is standard procedures in Norway. It is weird that he admits to the shooting and bombing, but pleads not guilty, THEN accepts a walk-through of the events. Dunno if this will add anything else to judging his mental health.
