Suicide bug

    I noticed this bug on district and urbanchaos. Sometimes if you prone and move towards someone you get stuck, same happens if a engineer tries to revive you.

    Most of the time I will sucide because standing up doesn't get you unstuck in the new version.

    But for some reason if you suicide you cannot be revived again.

    I tried to replicate the bug and the same thing happend over and over again.
    If you die you can be revived, but if you suicide you cannot be revived.

    Is there a way to fix this?

    Using the kill command or changing team will make the player unable to be revived, but other ways should work. Currently, the latter is bugged. It'll get fixed asap.

    What Beerdude failed to mention, Satanchild, is that it's intentional. Otherwise people would just suicide, have their buddy revive them, suicide again etc. until everyone has 40 rank points.

    Try something like bind \ emp_unstuck

    and then mash \ till you get unstuck.. :/

    Don't forget to move your view erratically, it increases your chances. No, really, it does.

    Why is no one addressing the fact that he's getting stuck on a player model in the first place?

    it's a known issue with prone, and going to be fixed it doesnt matter if its a player or not.

    People are getting stuck all the time now in prone again. (just like in 2.0)

    yes, hopefully this gets fixed soon. its very annoying when u get stuck, just because u touched a proned player (doenst happen always, but often enough to be annoying).
