    Not just that, but we upped the player multiplier (the amount of players required for resource income to step up a notch) from 12 to 20.

    how about just making some lines like this:

    but a lot less visible and of course different colors
    and maybe making different color for bridges like i did with orange lines?

    I did something similar to that, but it made everything much more complex. In your attempt for example the orange besides the bridges could be viewed as "you can drive underneath and over it" meaning that the orange you used in the middle should be yet another color cause you can only drive under it, not on top of it.

    It would be a chaos of colors.

    And when i tried doing it much more subtle and transparant, it just looked like weird lighting problems in the image.

    Id be careful not to overdo it, less people will bitch and moan about too much res than they will about too little

    Think of clan-level matches where tanks will just flood any form of infantry combat.

    Yep but theres a lot more pub matches than clan level matches these days, better having too much res and bringing it down than having too little and having 98% of the population bitch and moan about it imo

    We already did the 12 -> 20 thing anyway. It was to compensate for assists (more wages), carcass recycling and free research.
