Scout changes

    As we've received a lot of complaints from people that having scouts on your team is extremely unfun, we've decided to make scouts more supportive to the fun of the team. Incidentally we hope that scouts will be more fun to play as well.

    The update will be available on servers in a few hours, stay tuned.

    if you really hate it you can remove it with emp_holiday_disable 1

    I like what's been done to scouts. Bodyshot deals ~40-60% hp and then a headshot is a kill. It often takes 3 bodyshots or 1 headshot. This is the best place the scout rifle has been in for a long time.
