Also remove legs. They encourage walking, which is less fun than driving. So replace legs with tracks, and replace ARs with cannons.
...ouch, this would turn my aim even more horrible as it is already. I know you want me see shoot my own foot. :D
Aiming, what?! Aiming is over rated. I don't like it, just take aiming out of the game all together. I should never be able to miss a single shot. Like doom, but with the horizontal taken care of as well. I'll be too busy concentrating on my liet skid stearing skills to be aiming my arms anyways. pfffffft, aiming arms. Arm aiming is for losers and people who plan to pick something up... Yeah... LAME.
Remove it? You are a blasphemous heretic and you shall burn in Hell for all eternity. Make it so that the BE sights are prettier and less obstructive, something like NF's but more space-nazi-y? It was until fifty years after his death that he was canonized a saint to be remembered for all eternity.
whats wrong with plain open sights like any normal gun would have? I can aim fairly well with these, and being able to see everything with your face that close to a gun really is optimistic.
Iron sights are riffleman's best friends. Or at least they should be made even more so than they are now. That would include making them more useful (read: reduced muzzle flash, less obstructive, faster to bring up), as well as balancing them (read: more accuracy vs. slower rate of fire, more spread when not in use, etc.)
I hate the whole idea of, oh your not in ironsight mode so you must be inaccurate. to be hounest that idea can walk with its tails between its legs down fuck off road.
It is a little annoying. I'd prefer more recoil, and a crosshair sway when not in ironsights mode. Think OFP except without the death ray style weapons. It would mean you can use guns effectively, just not as well as if you sight them.
Moving means the gun sways, no matter how steady you try to hold it, plus even standing still, theres recoil, and the time needed to realign your gun with the enemies relative position.
