Recycle time only applies to commanders. An engie can recycle his stuff instantly. I would cirtantly like to see this feature implemented.
I agree. Having to recycle and rebuild your VF three times because some griefer decides that it is funny to wall up the exit is sooooo frustrating. I would also like to have the option as commander to kick a player to spec, if not off the server. That way, anything he's built will automatically disappear, and that tank he is keeping parked in the VF will finally be able to be moved.
