Too modern for NF Nicely done though

 

i like it, but BE might have to look more futuristic

 

Oh, and the plating makes it look like a indecisive fighter that cant pick a team (plating is too BE coloured).

Vess, he says in the future. NF is cold war era.

 

They dont dress like it. Infact they wear absurd things into battle. Thus it's time they get an upgrade.

 

They might as well wear horned helms with face masks and flags on their backs the way they are now.

Definitely need a redesign.

 

This redesign is too modern, it doesn't fit the era of NF technology and design. With a few changes this would make an AMAZING BE grenadier.

 

the helmet is what makes it look modern, give it the old helmet back

 

Yeah I would like to change the plating's color to the old sand color but otherwise it's good looking. (And yeah, the old helmet made it look older. Or maybe it is the ear protector or the glasses or something. Give that guy John Lennon glasses and let's see again. )

And that line which comes from the nose of that soldier and ends at the edge of the lip makes him look really old but that's besides the point of this topic.

 

Stress and fatigue is what would make a soldier look "old". Cheekbones become more pronounced, eyes become sunken. This effect is enhanced by dirt and sweat.

In the case of this fellow here, he's seen so much action that his mind's a complete mess and he stares off into nothingness.

 

if you were on the NF and you killed a BE if you had time before someone shoots you in the face and you were standing over his corpse dont you think youd realize "hey ... he has body armor and I dont ....... yoink "

 

How exactly does the giant solid breastplate allow him to do anything other than jerkily advance like a robot?

 

the plating would choke him if he bends over, make it do a breaking movement in the middle or something

 

If his body armour failed to protect him, why the hell would you want it? It obviously sucks and it impacts mobility.

 

So your saying NF should be streakers? Kevlar bends fools.

 

Not saying they shouldn't use armour period. I'm saying why the fuck would you take the armour of someone you killed? It obviously sucks.

 

Unless he died of a head shot. And thats not brenodi arrmor.

 

I think it's not bad but needs to be a bit more rugged and weathered.
