Well I might as go on topic if at least for one post & list my thoughts on the crap I watched this year.

Mirai Nikki:
TV Tropes somehow kept leading me back to this show, It was on Hulu so I checked it out. I'll admit I really liked this show & the plot can be summed up with the words "OH SHIT SON!". Seriously go watch it it's pretty good.

Mary Sue: The Anime. I did enjoy the first story arc however even though it felt like someone kept pressing the skip chapter button with all the time skips. The second and currently ongoing story arc makes me question why I keep watching this. Still better than playing an MMORPG though.:p

Mirai Nikki is pretty bad. Its pretty much a train wreck where the producers just tried piling on all the dark and edgy stuff they could think of and call it a psychological thriller. The diary owners come in pretty much monster of the week format and have cliche background story that has little relevance to anything else other than to just be there. There are so many ridiculously stupid forced plot advancements, like the time Akise told retard A to keep the door open while he goes to check out a corpse, to which retard A says "Sure thing" only to close the door and lock all of them in. What makes it worse is that most of the show is borrowed from other successful media. Near the end, it drops all pretense of intelligence and becomes a DBZ style battle anime.

But of course Yuno is the first yandere some people have ever seen so they go apeshit over her.

 

You'd think no one'd ever heard of School Days with the amount people like Yuno.

 

I dident finish the anime for it but I read the manga from beginning to end.
So I am going to take your word for it.
But the manga itself was pretty good regarding plot wise.

What I just finished was Jormungand 22
Been marathoning it the past week.
Its very reminiscent of Black Lagoon but it feels more realistic if anything, I like it.

 

Y'all watching your girly cartoons again. Watch some manly anime, like DBZ and Pokemon.

God, after reading this thread i have to clean my browser cache again.

 

The plot is the same, it's just the end where as the manga had a rather happy ending, the show decides to leave you hanging & leave it to you to make up your own conclusion. Hamster is just knitpicking, it didn't make the show any less interesting.

Just started watching JoJo's bizarre adventure it kinda grows on you after about episode 05. Also started watching Girl und Panzer, which I don't care for all that much, its not the characters, it is the whole absurd premise, but what did I suspect it is anime

Fuck yeah Vinland Saga! The slave/adult story arc hasn't shown really shown much fighting yet. Eventhough the king is gonna forcefully take over the farmfields where Thorfinn is currently (88th chapter).
