    Actually, armor upgrades would only apply to the rifleman because he's the only one with armor, everyone else has health >_>

    Yes, and everyone would have exoplosive nades, bullets with 3 kinds of stuff built in, and fusion engines in their stomaches (you shoot a person with sipe, and 5 people around him are scattered due to fusion exploding. BOOM BABY!)
