Lol, know what? Had me stumped too when I was looking at all the dev contact listings "SF" until I looked at the source code and saw the url to the steam community pages. :D. Cpatton , PR? I have never seen cpatton ever advertising empires as much as some non BSID people. Seriously BSID get out of empires.
First off, he's going to help, almost a given since the dev team does (and should) represent the mod. Second, he's not the sole PR, in fact he has stated multiple times that coding will be his main focus. That means fine community members such as yourself are welcome to apply for a PR position.
