You could map it easy enough, but I don't know what would stop everyone from just concentrating their defences around the objective and shooting anyone who gets close.

Like I said they would need to defend the incoming APC's(supplies). And say if we could disable ammo from being dropped then they would need APC's for ammo. The plan would be APC's can be made and sent from 4 or 8 different locations on the map headed into the middle, this would make the defenders need to secure what ever route it will be taking.

It's an extremely weird concept that would require lots of team work and it would need a lot of planning.

That isn't really attack/defence though, and if it is then the people stopping the APCs are the defenders because they only have to defend the entry points while the other team has to defend the entire map. The defenders are the ones who benefit more from defending, if you control the entire map you have to do so by being aggressive, whereas camping a few entry points is much more defensive.

It doesn't really seem to have any emphasis on ninjaing or attack/defence though, mostly it's just chasing a bunch of arbitrary points that you don't have enough people to control all at once while the enemy ignore you and also chase those same points.

    Duststorm, in fact.

Well I had two Ideas kinda merge without thinking about it. One being a ninja map where you need to sneak into a place to destroy something, and the other being like "the battle of the bulge" type setup with people in the middle holding off attackers while waiting for supplies..

So like a siege type map. How about every 5(?) mins an air drop with supplies comes down for the defenders in middle. They start with ammo boxes that disappear and have to hold out until each air drop for like 4/5 airdrops to win.

Then they are just playing the same map five times in a row. They are easiest to kill at the end of the drop cycle and hardest just after the drop. You could reduce the output of the drop but then it makes far more sense to simply stockpile your attacker resources and attack just before the end where they have fewest supplies and you have the entire game's supplies.

Well maybe the defenders can be really dug in well. Higher ground and what not(think d-day) the attackers can try and bait the defenders into using up all the ammo so they can make a huge push rite before a supply drop.

The ninja maps though would need to be no build and have plenty of routes into the target(cv to destroy or something) Maybe even have hills that ninjas can parachute down onto roofs that the defenders can't get on.

    Welcome back Chris?

We really need a way to trigger different things through map entities, like a trigger for sudden death mode for the CV's.

Sudden death map would be funny.
