Yeah, like he said, it all comes down to whether you can be tried as an adult or a juvenile. If you're juvie just don't kill anyone. If not, then grab those toes... it's shank or be shanked on the inside.

spam their maibox...or if you want to be nasty get them to use a keylogger then log into their myspace and totally screw it over making them look like idiots (using an annonymous proxy ofcourse so you cant be ip banned from the site )
