    We never intended to remove early rushes.
    The main functionality of the APC hasn't been removed, you can still fill it up with infantry and drive to the enemy base ;).
    Infantry spawns have been tied into the research tree for other reasons, as well as lower the probability of apc rushes with a high success rate.
