I like the NF Jeep. It fits in well with there style. Worn, well used and broken in. The tank and Apc though seemed odd with some areas compleatly untouched right next to areas that have been altered. But thats why its a WIP.
I explained everything about that to him yesterday. I don't understand what you mean, at all. Again, more pics:
The snow camo looks off in an urban environment. But yea, I love what you guys are doing. Keep it up!
The jeep looks a little stretched at the front, is there any way around that? Other than that though, I really like the old, mossy look. Perhaps the tank turrets should be covered on top by something? You don't want aircraft spotting them moving about :D Also, will buildings ever receive this treatment? I think vines crawling up jungle ones and snowy rooftops would look so cool.
I [edit]CAN'T[/edit] edit uvmaps so I can't fix the stretched areas. That's the modeller's job. Regarding buildings, Caelo tried to edit their skins, without success. Somehow the skin just isn't visible, as if it had worn off and the old one was showing through.
could you make the front part of the APC at least a LITTLE bit cammoed, perhaps only at the edges/ bottom of the bits. it just looks slightly out of place.
that was because I was overlaying my images on top of the original ones but still the buildings as they are right now cant be retextured properly.. they all use the same textures and some of the buildings use floor textures on the walls.. Also sometimes if you change the textures on the outside the inside will change too. Oh! AAAAND! They have streched textures too :/ PS. Someone should remodel the buildings so that they can be retextured/reskinned properly..
awesome, really good, except that the tyres on things, around the rim of the tyre, is never cammo'd as it rubs of imidiately; that might be work considering.
that depends on HOW the tire is made. for all you know its not a camo'ed tire, but the rubber itself is that colour
#?! Great, but I would suggest leaving the tires and hubcats as they were. Not usually worth it to paint those, as you won't see them from the air and not very well from the ground. EDIT: No, I take that back. The woodland and winter ones look alright, it's just the canvas tire for the desert that looks a bit odd to me.
