The trick with the guns in this game is not to loose patience. The BE assault rifle is the best gun in the game. Just stay on target with it and spray in short bursts and you can kill any other class at range. The same applys to the scout rifles really , at long range it feels like your not doing anything but you are , its just the dammage is greatly reduced. Just sit tight and keep plinking and eventually u will drop the target. For the record i dont really like either of these guns. The BE assault rifle is far too accurate and powerful.The scout rifle is a sniper gun that wasnt meant to be.
all the weapons seem pretty boring to me. I like the way counterstrike handled weapons more then any other FPS. of course, I play the shit out of NS and that has really ho-hum weapons too. But for me, it's all about gameplay.
