I have absolutely no idea. Like I said, I just have this lying around in my dropbox, I don't know where the original thread on this forum is. I'll try to find it. EDIT: Pretty sure I found the thread but every image link is dead, so we're probably out of luck. I'll see if I can find it on web archives.
as ass holes go, if he wasn't sucking dicks he would be shitting on things instead of taking it up the ass for the team.
I really like how it shows what vehicles people are buying and what people are are getting skill points for.
I dident get a chance to view the hud. Are both teams going to share the same one or are NF and BE's going to have slight differences?
That's what so awesome about it, with HTML I'm guessing you can do literally anything. I'm messing around trying to replicate that gui style from DUKE. I was trying to see how the minimalistic vehicle customization concept would look like. I dig it.
Alot of stuff can easily be shrunk like the top bars, ammo and health can be numbers. Tricker made some pretty relevant annotations on his GUI BUT PLEASE! PLEASE add a blur + scanline for chat like BF3/4
Something closer to this look, right? When you say blur and scanline, do you mean this kind of style? If you look to the background of the Vehicle Customization window, I've added a subtle scanline
wow nice left bottom corner of customization window isnt cut also needs more icons (what are the numbers left or res?) replace resources text with icon aswell edit: i just had an idea / suggestion. you could make 5 symbols (representing mg, cn, ml, armor, engine), split each of them in 5 parts (representing research trees, bonus points if it fits the direction of the tree in the research gui) and color them dependend on what research you have (not researched is grey). this could show all available research at a glance and 5 symbols isnt much (guided/homing is split? seems i didnt comm for quite a while. anyway if - thats a bit of a letdown but at least you know theres one of them available at least).
I personally prefer the "row of bullets" style to indicate remaining ammo, but yeah people can define whatever they want, it's clientside anyway.
