    I had to use another e-mail address to get my validation key. It seems that for some reason hotmail won't receive the validation e-mail.

    Yeah, I already did that about 15 times :( I also sent it to 2 different e-mails(both hotmail).

    Did you turn off the junk mail filter? It seems to be catching all the verification stuff coming from forums and such. :) You could try making a separate anonymous e-mail in some other service than Hotmail.
