the other day it was raining and shiz but then the temperature dropped a couple degrees and we had a crazy snow storm here in port Hope and it fucking pwns now. There is snow all over the fucking place and it's that awesome. Winter sports rule man, snowboarding, snowmobiling and winter paintball is where it's at.you guys in the south if you don't have snow you guys suck balls.
lol @ vulkanis. Anyway, snow sucks and I hate it. It is cold and well... It just sucks. The winter in general sucks too. Specially with temperatures as low as -25c.
I miss snow. Since I moved down to indiana, people fucking freak out when there is a powdering of snow on the ground. When i lived in michigan, it could dump 2-5 feet with little to not notice cause of the lake.
We had snow in Washington state on the 22nd of November... kept snowing till the 26th, then the temp went back up, I was sad.
Im up to my waist in snow... the city centre has snow up to my knees, this is a bad fucking winter. But i have had a few weeks off thanks to it
Snow is nice as long it's not melting, that's when it becomes ugly, sadly. Snow melting a bit over the day and freezing again during night produces a very saddening, dirty and slippery road surface. I like snow, but not it's products.
I dont really care about snow, one thing that you can do with it is to dive straight into it after sauna. Gets your blood pumping :D
Over last new years for about a month, I stayed with some friends in Japan, who own a ramen shop at the base of the skifield, at Zao-Onsen. As in, Their shop is about 25 metres from the first chairlift. Shit was cash, I'd wake up (their house was next to the shop), grab either a snowboard or skis, whatever I was in the mood for, then go up the mountain and go through this beatiful powder snow. It's one of the less crowded Japanese skifields, especially during the working week. I'd then come down, and get a massive bowl of ramen for lunch, then work in the ramen shop for a bit, then head back up to the slopes. I'd then come back down, ave a soak in a hot spring, then go to sleep. feelsgoodman the only downside was that there was no internet access.
