10 years ago, I used to go to block buster and rent a game time to time. fast foward to now. I have so many games compared to when I was a petty console pleb, being poor taught me to fuck being poor and waste money all the time.
That is rather painfully true. All theses games in my library and I only played like 45% or something. Empires eating all mah time.
Well after playing it for a few hours. I don't like it. You chase this thing around the map and never be able to catch up, you spend the entire time chasing it than fighting it. Then when you trap him, he can just focus fire the one person who doesn't have a shield and murder them instantly. You die too easily and everything will kill you. When playing as the monster, all I did was spam two abilities fire and slam. And used ctrl which basically made me untrackable, they spent 20 minutes looking for me because I never stopped using ctrl. I wiped everyone and abused the air drop timer to kill the reactor. No way in hell am I paying for a game where one person gets to have fun at everyone elses expense. You guys may have fun with a game where pubs = death but im not touching it. They need to do some serious balancing.

Even though we both love wrestling ironically and un-ironically. I have FUN even with bad games, and its very easy to make me happy. I played this for several hours all I did was just feel sorry for the hunters. Im not saying to not buy this game, but if you do make sure you have a constant group of friends or you will never have any fun with it. Like this isn't payday where one person can do everything even though it has a focus on teamwork. This left for dead where one hunter jump and you loose.
When I read the description, I expected an AAA version of Hidden: Source. Clearly that's not the case, but it's a shame, because a proper retail version of Hidden would be really fun.
There is, its called AVP 2 on the Man hunt game mode. Make sure you make the hunter a predator, and everyone else marines. Evolve is just a Tank encounter in L4D, a tank that can re-gen and do sick jumping maneuvers.
Sounds like the trappers you faced suck at arena dropping, the medics sucked at tranq rifles, and I don't even know the other two classes.
You can buy it. That's it as far as I know. Gonna withhold judgement until I get to play it, but I don't think it can be that bad teef. It really sounds like everyone is a scrub and they aren't using some critical piece of equipment right. Which makes sense to me considering it went playable to more people yesterday I think.
I only played one round as hunter so far and it was ok. It wasn't the super new game concept, but it wasn't terrible either.
