Silly Canadians. I suggest the creation of a "Backups" roster, with contact info. These people would basically be dragged in if they were online and available at the time. These people would approach ERPG with the same seriousness if actually involved, but aren't as sure they can show up. First nomination to the backup roster... ME! Really, I'd be fine with whatever side needs the extra person, and whatever class that side is lacking in for balance. Someone might need to get me up to speed on what's been going on if I were to actually participate.
This sounds fun, suprised I didn't see it before. NF plz But maybe as a backup only, uni applications coming in and loads of work to do means less gaming time for me

I have a few things to add. Why don't you allow certain classes the ability to drive certain things. The heavy assults should be just killing and not know how to drive more than, say a jeep. This way some classes may be more useful than before, and some other classes with be useful again.
I've been having a bad week, Internet wise, been screwy ;/ but ya, i'll edit these things in a bit. Also, theres no more BE or NF sides. its just Team 1 and Team 2. Team 1 has BE for the first campaign, then switches to NF. like this Team 1 BE vs Team 2 NF > Team 1 NF vs Team 2 BE > Shuffle Teams and Repeat. Ya, Imma limit the vehicles too. I also tried limiting the classes, to make each useful, and not have everyone being a powerhouse. And be dependent on eachother. I'll get to changing the rules later this week. But after wensday, imma be on my 360 playing Gears of War :D!!!! >=P hehehe I got a co-op buddy, so ya, Im a co-op guy o.o
Question: are the commanders restricted by the same class rules? or are there "special" Officer classes?
I think there should be some Special Officer class, would've been cool if Empires did have an Officer Class, that gives bonus to Commanders and could call in drops and as such. actually, thats a real good idea. For a suggestion. Officer Class ------------ Commander Bonus +20% Res production Skill Ability to call in Supply Drops. that would have to eliminate the engineer ammo drop box ;/... almost... 25% Exp for teammates whom follow the commanders orders? cant think of any good ones but ya, thats a good suggestion, you should drop it in the suggestion spot ;o, i would love to see that for 1.1
