Emp_Forest has been recompiled for 2.24.

Featuring almost nothing new whatsoever, emp_nomis_henmo_ob should provide a reliable stopgap for those looking for a little 2.12 nostalgia until simon can find the time to work on it again.

Emp_Forest has been recompiled AGAIN for 2.24.

Fixing some minor issues such as floating trees and rocks what were present in the previous release, as well as adding a reasonably alright looking 3dskybox, this again adds almost nothing new to the map, but its DEFINITELY emp_forest.
