    I'm pretty sure you could find the specific exercises on the internet easily, what's important is that you stick with it and do it properly. You'd be surprised by the antidepressing and regulating effects that a little bit of exercise every morning can have.

    So far.

    Deadpool told me to run 30 minutes a day and alternate pushups and situps with sunday for rest.

    Pickled told me to gym a hour every day. But I don't have a ride.

    Will deadpool's method work?

    working out at your house will keep the abs you got at the gym

    aka goto gym, get needle, pull pants down, inject steriod into ass, get buff, hit wife/sister/mother (whichever is closer)

    I don't know if this works, but I heard that if you start masturbating but not ejaculate before working out you perform better due to higher levels of testosterone or something.

    Even if you did that, you'd also be full of serotonin (or something) and wouldn't be all that motivated.

    So I guess that'd be like eating protein powder stuff, but then drinking a bunch of whiskey.

    Right thats what I was planning.

    I don't have a way to make his goggles. Although I could go Super Galaxy mode and have the star shades, but his uniform is harder to make.

    Also I plan on waving a big daigurren flag everywhere I go.

    And no penis either as far as I know, but I didn't want to suggest anything too difficult.

    Just paint yourself green (or take a dip in silver nitrate, whichever) put on your angry face and apply sticky tape where (and if) neccesary and voila, instant cosplay.
