Buff the pussy rifle (50.cal)

And it depends on the map.
E.g. on district402 the NFHR can be better than BEcar.
If you only see a few pixel of the enemy head then you need the accurancy of the NFHR. If the enemy is rushing over the street it's more easy to aim with the BEcar.

 

BECAR has nearly pinpoint accuracy too.

 

I'm sorry i didn't realize accuracy was based on mapname.

 

I have the strange feeling that many dont know which pixel of the NFhr
and BeCar iron sight is the one pixel that matters.

 

Then make a screenshot and mark the correct pixel. Maybe put it also on the wiki.

the NF HR is easy to aim for me - it was the first weapon I used when I started playing empires and I was able to pick it up and start killing people immediately.

the BE CAR is a lot trickier. The sights for both BE weapons suck, but once you find the sweet spot, the BE CAR becomes a death lazor.

 

I have no idea how you guys actually prefer the NFAR sights. I find muzzleflash is way bigger on it and its a lot harder to line up properly due to vision blockage from 4 directions.

 

vision blockage from 4 directions? At least I can actually see what I'm shooting at. I prefer the ghost ring arrangement on the NFAR.

 

i gotta agree with pickled here, both rifles are really killer.

 

Hmm..well commonly when I and most of my friends play I find the BE car's accuracy to be a bit hig considering it shoots 3 bullets so not only does it have a chance for a high damage headshot it has a chance for 3...I just read up on the subject so this is just a cold fact I took a look at.

 

I've prolly used the BE CAR 3 times and I just used it a minute ago under the name Pabst Blue Ribbon.. Look at this score..



It's ridiculous! It's a god damn shotty/sniper rifle.

yea me neither. I might be using it wrong but it feels like the 50 is about as accurate as the Assault Rifle while the carbine can drill holes in anything you can see.

 

Just make the carbine shoot single shots like the NFHR and the problem is solved. It's especially annoying to encounter the carbine when you lag since your HP will go down to 50% before you even know you're getting shot.

 

Once I saw this thread, I tried out the Heavy Rifle... now I must say: Watchu talking 'bout? I regularly destroy BECARs with it... the only thing that beats me is the BEAR... sooo really, what are you guys seeing that I'm not?

Don't buff the NFHR, nerf the BE Carbine, it's power is ridiclious compared with any other weapon in the game.

3 Pin-Point accurate shots 22 damage each,

Hit your target and it takes 2, and at most 3 burst to kill a player.

NFHR is a good rifle, the problem is the ridiclious recoil, therfore you will miss most of the shots.

BECAR has little recoil, pinpoint accuracy and high damage.

NFHR is good at medium range, BECAR is good at both close, medium and long range.

Close Range - Auto-Shotgun.
Medium Range - Almost instant kill.
Long Range - A fricking automatic sniper.

Nerf the BECAR make it work like the NFHR,

Burst > Single Shot

Buffing the NFHR will just make the weapon overpowered.

WE DON'T need unbalanced variety,

Shotgun Pistol is ridiclious, the BECAR is ridiclious.

And even tough both sides have an overpowered weapon - it isn't like that fixes the game.

BE owns on maps like duststorm,
NF owns on maps like district,

BECAR = Too Accurate, Too Powerfull,

 

Yep, nerf BECAR instead of buffing the 50 cal cause the CAR shouldn't be so good at short and long ranges.
