I know the intent is to maintain a low poly count, but it seems too boxy to me... seems somewhat like a flying Honda Element. Try using your poly count differently, use more poly in curved surfaces, and lessen the amount of curved surfaces on things that don't really need to be curved. What I mean is, your jet engines should be more round, but something that's primitive and boxy doesn't really need curves or rounded corners, so simplify them and make the more important features of the model more complex. I see what you were going for, though. To be honest, the HKs from Terminator Salvation look somewhat BE-ish, maybe try something in that direction, perhaps a cross between the current BE transport & the Hunter Killers from Terminator Salvation?
Why not try making it look aesthetically pleasing and functional first, then reduce poly count if need be?
