Ooo.. never ever break up a flat surface like that. Just have the cylinder level with the flat plane.
The person who made that thought the cilinders would break up the faces, while models never get cut up by itself.
Ouch.. the originals just hurt to look at. Do you have your cylinder faced off at the front? It doesn't seem to have faces but that could be a wireframe render error.
Yes it's faced of slightly, looked a bit silly ingame if it was too much off the wall so i made it very close to it.

That Razor wire cylinders hurt my eyes... ouch probably the models were pumped out fast to rush the public beta release...
if your gana rework the barax... make it a two lvl with a window ontop of each entrance where you have that "][" . While your at it. Make a ladder to the roof from the inside lol.
he's already reworked the barracks and it's been improved. Olla: the barracks is slightly taller, but takes up much less space, so it balances up
Actually, wouldn't the NF, with all their biological crapgunk, be the more likely to have cloning vats?
I'm talking about the new barracks. with arty or tanks it's damn easy to hit the roof of the BE one, so it will balance out IMO
