ANOTHER APC tweak

    You can only have 2 GL's equipped on your APC now
    Instead of having 3 GL slots bring it down to 2, would be less confusing to new players and well just makes sense

    What if you wanted to equip a 2slot gl and a 1slot gl

    I wouldn't worry about limits being confusing, it'll be addressed in a more direct way.
