Altored Empires

You must edit gameinfo.txt in the Altored Empires directory. Forget the line, but its rather obvious once you open it.

 

Ok, if you're serious about this thing, at least spell it right. Unless i'm missing something it should be Altered Empires. I was ok with it before cause this is the internet and all, but I might as well put it out there now.

 

Try imp medtank with fission engine mkII on crossroads. I just noticed that the boost of the vf was "slightly" faster. And then I was flying.

 

Oh yeah, forgot to remove that engine, will do in the next update thanks for the reminder.

 

grammer is not an issue, its the name of something. i fugured they wanted it like that. does it realy matter? not spelling it 'correctly' makes it all that much better.

 

NOES! Keep teh flying engine in! Make it a hard to acquire item if you must, but keep it in!

 

flying engine? do i hear a way that a tank could fly? if so, keep it! thats a great idea! it adds so much to the mod! so many more ways to fight! a plane and a heavy fighting @100ft? thats a great youtube capture.

Woa, how did that happen. I had it flying the other night when I set gravity low but damn thats awesome.

 

Hmm, last time I checked we were throwing names around in Steam IM, we spelled it wrong, and just figured it looked cooler with an O or something, maybe later down the road I can use a screenshot of a gun barrel as the 'O' or something of the sorts.

As for the flying tanks/CVs...umm...no comment at this time, I am working on something of which I don't want to give too many details on yet.

Guess he means that he got a job that takes up all his time so he can't work on the mod-mod.

And no, there are no 'experimental-aircraft' in this release. We want to make them more stable and release them in an up coming patch along with some other new things.
