So far every list I have seen has been about half right. Every list I have seen includes 1 or 2 people that just don't belong in the same group with the other people (unless they have magically become better since last I seen them play). Also every list has too many people who are good players and good leaders but bad listeners.

 

It doesn't help that most people don't work together on a personal level in these lists too.

 

Commander: Deif, He is very skilled and is respected by most so people will listen to him.

Squad 1
Leader: Dubee, He tends to boast about being able to lead a squad full of "nobodies" so he will not have problems with leading skilled strangers he never met before.

Rippie:
Has a mic.
Main class: Engineer
Secondary: Riflemam

Merle:
Has a mic.
Main class: Engineer
Secondary: Grenadier

DeadHead:
Has a mic.
Main class: Engineer
Secondary : Grenadier

Níhia:
Does not have a mic.
Main class: engineer

All of them are good followers and they will listen to Dubee.


Squad 2

Leader: Zeke, He is a good squadleader and people usually listen to him.

Disposable Hero( mic, Rifle/Engi)
Frax (mic, Engi)
Merc (mic? Gren/Engi)
Youzy (no mic, Engie/Rifle)

Squad 3

Leader: Communism, I only played with him once or twice but I saw that "vets" listen to him so he should be able to lead these guys here.

Opie (mic? Engi/Rifle/Gren( I don't remember what class he prefers)
Fishstick (no mic, Gren/Engi)
