    I prefer to avoid activities that might make people label you as a greifer.

    but then again, his idea is a good one

    too bad the commander can't really do anything, but at the same time that's also awesome

    If my team is camping the roof of city without doing anything helpful for it after I put a racks up there, i recycle it and tell them they better have revive.

    If my team is turtling in at an isolated spot in a bunker where they can't really do anything/ aren't doing anything, I recycle the barracks and force them to give that area up.
