    I for one always read out important text chat in voice whenever I can.
    I request refs for people who have no mic, alert the team to rushes, more people should do that.

    I have a mic. I just use it rarely, and for the betterment of my time. Or for calling out grief that empty died.

    I think you've got it confused with fucktard admin plugin v3.0 where it automatically detect fucktards and makes them admin.

    absolutely. commanding the team and watching everything that's going on generally leaves me not noticing a single thing in the chat window.

    splitting the messages up would help - as well as making them stand out a bit more.
