2.41 Pre release PUG. Saturday 23/2/12 8PM GMT/ 12PM PST / 3PM EST. Signups here

SERVER IS NOW UP

Make sure you install 2.41 by following this guide (approx 160MB download via steam)

After doing that launch empires and type in console:

connect epic-empires.co.uk:27650; password "pug23"



Alternatively use the server browser to join the server Empires 2.41 PUG TONIGHT. And when asked for the password enter pug23.


You MUST have 2.41 installed to be able to join the game.​

I will be holding the next PUG (this weekend) in the test version of empires.

The setup will be simple. Signup in this thread so I have an idea of numbers, the game will have spectate disabled and will allow autoassign only. Comm vote time will be sufficiently extended to allow for tactics and organisation. In the event of a large interest slots will be prioritised to the players that have signed up. There will be no long waits at the start of the game as teams will not be handpicked.



I'm going to remind you (although I shouldnt have to) that the greater the level of attendance, will potentially allow 2.41 to be released sooner.


We will be starting promptly at 8PM GMT due to other things that have come up for me. I will post the server IP address and password in this thread on the day.
