    Actually I like the rifle as it is now. If used correctly its deadly as hell. It also is a very unique weapon unlike all the others.

    r&d settings changed scout rifle damage to 60 (or less) and clip size to 15. Somebody forgot to change clip size back.

    scout rifle was upped by krenzo in last update from 60 to 110 wasn't it?

    the point of the scout is that on maps such as badlands, isle, duststorm, or even any place where you can hit someone from a long long way away.. the point is that you can kill them without them being able to fire a single effective shot back.

    so if you can't use it in glychen at close range, then that's the bloody point. it's a specialised weapon.

    maybe make sure it doesn't do damage at very short range (4-5m)

    Although glycen is a relatively small map, in the situation it was in, I would not call it close range.

    Ah yes, sorry I didn't say that: All the stuff I say about weaponry is said with the next weapon settings in mind. So yes, spraying from large distances isn't going to work anymore, unless you line up your sights. SMGs will probably be slightly nerfed aswell.

    If you then put in a pinpoint-accurate rifle that is able to kill a person in one to two hits at (for the other weapons an) extreme distance, you've got yourself an overpowered rifle.
