lol, oh wow a wikipedia link. here is some education. i claim that your claim is sad, just because u look up buddhism in wikipedia doesnt make u an expert. i was born in a chinese family who practices chinese culture (confucious and taoist) and buddhist customs i do practice some of the traditions just because its part of my culture and as a sign of respect for my ancestors. http://buddhism.about.com/od/basicbuddhistteachings/a/buddhaatheism.htm http://atheism.about.com/b/2005/11/28/buddhism-and-atheism.htm http://www.bbc.co.uk/religion/religions/atheism/types/buddhistatheism.shtml
he was mentioned in 2 roman records, according to you. and in crucification records. it is probable that he existed.
lul fail troll. we had a very civil conversation about religion. It was not an argument. Grow the fuck up
roman records often spoke of countries that do not exist and how the record keeper visited it... lots of historians used to try and make themselves a part of history by writing down nonsense and claiming it happened for real if there really was a person even vaguely describing jesus minus all the magical stuff (so a man thats pretty nice and people like him and hear what he has to say) then a few more then 2 record keepers would have written about him and his followers
Or they were asskissers and made stuff up. Also, a thread with a religion-democracy-anime flamewar. BH lives on.
