Why not? If the administration is asked nicley and certain party appoligizes, the server rates could be turned to standard, and certain members could play on the server... But if we go that route I dont think we will be able to get a match going any time soon (Please no Crap in the future)
I think Sabrewulf would rather shoot himself in the foot than unban us. Empires Official, then? (tbh I still don't get it why we would want to play on other servers while we have our own, when we played against FB we didn't do any funny stuff, and neither did they)
All opinions can be changed... Our server has a good ping; and ROOR fixed the stupid DNS today so no more random spikes (I think)
Yeah the problem is: The majority of BSID is around Europe(-ish), the majority (I think) of JPL is in or around America. Which means one of us will always lag unless we find a server on a transatlantic island.
It's just annoying for both parties sometimes. Anyway, do you have a certain date in mind for the clanmatch? I'll be away the 27th --> 29th btw
Are any spectator seats up for grabs? I missed the match with .:FB:. and there's no vid, so I've never seen a professional Empires match. It seems that I'm either a noob magnet, or a pro repellant because I rarely ever see anyone other than the BSID people, but then Empires is their life so that makes sense.
BSID server was placed in london dockside for a reason, so it could cater to both Euro and US players. I think playing there would be fine without a problem.
so whats up with this cause so far all the bsid memebers i've been talking to either said they dont play empires anymore or want to wait for 1.8
Well, we do have like 6 ex-members who either left or didn't have time or moved on. Grim is indeed waiting for 1.08.
Lets do some thinking. We are going on to the BSID server for this 'match'. We are going to use BSIDs settings for this 'match'. We are waiting for BSID to play again. Am I the only one thinking BSID wants the biggest advantage they can get, and yet they keep delaying it... Wow BSID must really think we are a threat to take this much persuasions. It's like they think they will loose, and to keep there PR up they are delaying this so they don't loose, and then to help them not loose they use the server advantage...
Beerdude: Ok guys, i set up the server so everyone with the BSID tag will get 1,000,000 hp. lol. Don't be so paranoid
Anger=Bad This is getting crazy though. JPL wants a clan battle, but they keep telling us to use there server and there R&D settings yet they still say wait until 1.8.
