You better get used to the anger. This community, for the most part, is a cesspool. I do stupid shit 4 years ago, its still 'cool' to spam with with insults ingame. Watch yourself closely because many people will jump on the smallest thing and blow it out of proportion and never grow the fuck up.
That's the reason you get it hard. You get what you give, and basically, what you put in was a bit o' hate and a bit of abuse. You put in good stuff too, just not for the most part. Also, you associate with who you choose to. If you're with the scum, you can only blame yourself.
It's not just me, countless others agree. Theres a fair number of people I know that quit Empires, and in Bodrick's words, 'the community is a cesspool and I don't want anything to do with it anymore.' That's word for word the reason he gave me, aside from wanting a life, for leaving Empires. Countless other people have said things to the same effect. And it's a little hard to be positive when I can't play 10 minutes without being assault by someone that can't grow the fuck up.

It's not very funny when you can't enjoy the game anymore due to harassment. I'm pretty nice ingame compared to before. I rarely swear. I don't talk as much either.

Yea, well, I've been much nicer and less talkative for the past 4+ months, and still I'm treated like shit. It's 'cool' to be a dick to KILLX. Thats why this community needs to grow up.
