.... this game's community needs some sort of civil war. There are so many camps of differing opinion's it's almost sad.
So like, one side could be a faction of people that writes 10 page long revolutionary satire about the current devs in any forum they arent banned in. Another side could be a rebel group that launches DOS attacks against everyone else in order to herd civilians onto their server and establish a breakaway region of empires. Finally, the current ruling dev party could attempt to maintain order with a heavy hand while getting raged at for killing empires just like what happens *every new version*
The dev's don't even communicate with EACH OTHER. Why would you expect that learning to code is going to help Empires? Learn to code and make your own damn game.
Yes we do. I yell at mootant, huggle brutos, inform kylegar of my partying and test scripts with trickster on a regular basis.
Requesting that someone put random rants on it like "SCOUT RIFLE IS USELESS" "FU SCOUT RIFLE SUX" "REMOVE TARGETS" "ADD TARGETS" "MINIMAP SUX" "NF SHOTTY IS OP" Then, look for someone that isn't doing much in the battle and put "U guize, Salvo MLs are OP by 0.073 res we should fix that" and then look for someone who's been cut in half or more parts and have each part say a line of a rant (Mayama)
Scout rifle isn't That bad, it can't headshot like a real rifle, but it does like 43 damage per shot, if someone is in the open it's only 3 shots per kill. but since the detection thing is so gay scout is the most useless class now, so useless it's obsolete.
The devs do have their own forums. I get info from mootant, trickster and keef on a regular basis. Just because things are getting done slowly doesn't mean they aren't getting done. I am glad that we went back to RC's and forced an update out to get some bugs found. It's the best, and at this point, only way to get them tested.
