Wierd Green Triangle

    When I was playing a game of Empires on crossroads; I noticed this bug on the AVF...

    It is a wierd green triangle that get more and more visible the more I shot at it...

    I noticed this in HL2 singleplayer as well where the grass near the black mesa east was kinda multi colored...

    Maybe it's just my video card and driver settings...

    But in any case here it is...

    OMG, that AFV turret is pointing the wrong way, and it has no front axle connecting to the front wheels!

    ^_^;; lol.... err... Is that a big error?

    The AVF is from a player who crashed, and still stayed inside... would that be the problem with the axel, and turret?

    And any ideas of what the green triangle is?

    It might have something to do with the gmod 10 release, because several steam updates were released along with it.
