    It's not in default mapcycle so I don't really know what is this drama about.

    i like money because, you know, all the recources. it gives you a chanse to try out some new tanks

    Money is the ultimate stalemate game. Kinda like defending a dam. Also, you can kinda mess around, both as players and as com. Keeping up a turret farm is amusing at times, but so is building repair pads end to end for your tanks to HE spam the other side. You can do stuff like that where on other maps you can't.

    It's like escort ... sometimes you have an awesome game, sometimes it sucks.

    Good enough balance for me :)

    Money is epic fail, someone said all reasons before. If you want a map full of money to test tanks go vehicletraining ffs, it has all stuff reaserached .

    I like to be NF Comm, get team to rush BE. Put up rax, throw down lvl 1
    Research lvl 2
    Throw lvl 2 down
    Research lvl 3
    Throw lvl 3 down

    Watch BE lose like 30 APC, AFV and my score get really high

    I always wonder what would happen if the other team got smart and did 5 grends and a engineer and just missle snipe the turrets. Then again my team could of been more awesome then I realize by killing the few intelligent people who realize Grends is one of the better way to kill a lot of turrets.

    Money just fails and not even epicly. But I can remember that there was a beta of a money-remake which had some inf-subways and some more ways. Couln't play it though but it looked good or at least better as the current money.

    there is a tactic on money. I saw it done twice, and i have also done it twice. even with an idiot team, this tactic is flawless, and unstoppable. it's also very boring.

    walls or not, this map is too damn ugly. it's an embarrasement to empires to be honest.

    With nukes that map is sooo fubar, I can't enjoy it lyk dat. Even with training rules.

    The nuking can be fixed... just slant the walls so the radius damage isn't against the ref.

    Other than that, it really needs changing. It's basically rush middle, then stay still trying to kill other tanks. There's no room to move around. =/

    It depends where you tank fight. I kind of like that for once Refs aren't getting constantly attacked in the beginning, and the base is pretty much secure.

    Well, the best way to picture this is comparison of another map: emp_valley (please note, not emp_Mvalley). On that map, there is a middle ground that dips into a huge valley with really only two entrance from either side.

    The difference here in the middle is that players have a huge ground to maneuver (barring rocks/walls/trees that block). So if you get 5 tanks vs. 5 tanks there, it's actually interesting to fight. Though most of the time you just see 5 tanks versus 1... but that's a different story.

    Now, money provides two ways to fight, with the middle ground linking the two paths. If both teams are fighting up to the middle point, you end up a lot of... moving up the middle ramp, fire, then reversing as fast as you can to dodge the rail/nuke. This seesaw in the middle is generally what I don't like, and usually only 2 tanks approaching the middle can do that. You end up with massive traffic. This is what I don't like.

    Now, if the tanks rush pass the middle and attack the enemy walls, that's a different matter. I think those approaches are fine. It's the middle ground that really needs work.

    lol, yeah and occationaly when some one tryed to grief or suicide the comm on a losing match the comm would land in the water right side up and float there not being damaged.

    Sniping

    You sit and shoot and them and they sit and shoot at you. Clicking over and over while you're a scout, Artillery, or nuke tank its all the same....

    i like it when someone 9mines an apc ontop of the covered bridges leaving your base so you can spawn up there lol

    I actualyl like the map but not all the time. Probably because its got a lot of res and what have you. I also like the fact that you don't need to go hunting for the base which, admitedly, does get old after 4-6 hours. You know their comm is in this area and you are gunning for it. I also find it interesting what people reasearch.

    I am a noob comm really and when I am voted in I get regen armor, bio diesel, get HE Mediums then heavies and then whatever, sometimes I get arty it all depends on how its panning out.

    Basically I like it because its fun, its straight fighting, and you can run over engis!

    If nukes and rails could be disabled on money, it would be a lot more fun.
