If so, which mods. Personaly, the only ones i care for are Balanced Annihilation, Advanced Annihilation, and the Gundam RTS. SIGE ZEON!!! Funny thing, ''Balanced Annihilation'' isnt very balanced.
I play Spring! Although I have had oodles of problems trying to get it to work properly on Win7, every time I see the wire frame of anything (the glowing green geometric outline of anything when you start to build it) I crash. I think that turning on compressed textures might fix the problem but I'm not sure. --edit-- I fixed it after multiple crashes over and over although some parts of maps that I hypothesize emit a lua shader effect and units that do the same seem to give me issues when I begin to render them causing me to drop from a healthy 40 FPS to .18 FPS. Isn't that lovely?
i played complete annihilation. whats it called now? imho it's the best rts. aside from having the most powerful rts ui ever it is also a very balanced and graphically pleasing game.
I havent played an actual game on spring in so long, and the times i have played, i just rush PeeWee's and Aircraft. if cant end the game in the first 10-15 minutes, i usualy cant win. That and i usualy get rolled if the other guy can reach tech 3 before me.
Oh zero k is good, looks nice and uses the gundam interface. Not sure how to unlock all the tech in the current version though, it seems greyed out but don't know how to fix it, it surely can't be commander based?
i have no idea, they released new versions of the game almost weekly and it has been years. i'll have to check it after i get home from work
Yeah, checked out Zero k, its better then CA was before, but i still dont really care for it. AA is the most interesting one in my opinion. The commander can build the Deadknight Warrior a Super-ultra-mega unit when he reaches the highest upgrade level, which as i found out. can plough through your entire base and army like its nothing. It gives you the optoin to get the ulimate unit, in exchange for putting your commander in harms way. (you have to kill units to gain exp to level it up)
Getting anyone in emp to do something at a specific time on a reliable basis would require the sacrifice of atleast 100,000 Virgins and the second coming of Jesus on the same day. --edit-- Varbles get in herr.
