What makes clans successful?

    in order of importance

    Hard core of 4 to 5 active often playing, well known people that are going 100% for your clan

    PR/DRAMA people hating you or possibly even better your clan for reasons X and Y often does the trick

    constant recruitment and proper initiation/bound making/welcoming into the clan so members do not feel like they are unnecessary but a big part of the clans success

    EPIC was formed out of those who were denied entry into ghost :p

    Which proves my point, abuse is needed so new things are started. Also "we take all in" strategies fail. Needs active members.
