Resistance is futile! I got a funny idea for the unwanted third class in empires. Let the third class be BORG because borg assimilate other cultures and all their knowlegde and shit. So for models they could just have loads of things from other mods or games or whatever cluttered togheter.
does "intellectual property" tell you anything? you cannot just go around and take stuff from other games - you at least need to ask the creators of said content for permission (and get a positive response) i assure you that chances to get the OK from companies is quite small and i doubt that many MODs will give their models away without anything in return either. this is bound to fail before it starts, not even worth the work of finding out who holds the IP for a certain model (it might even be multiple people). also, who needs a 3rd faction, it would only end in a balancing nightmare (and prolly would make one faction obsolete, namely the most underpowered one) end of story
I like the idea, without the Borg ofc. Teef faction...wait...I remember in Dune and C&C you could run infantry into buildings to teef dem :mad: Specs should be teefs.
I suggest that we give the Borg race some Khorne Berserkers. For their backup, they can have a bolt pistol, which would work like w vehicle's HE machine gun, and their primary would be the Khornate Chainaxe. It would do enough damage to tear up vehicles and buildings! No grenades, but they do get body armor better than the Rifleman's
we already have borgs, there is only one in commission... ...his name... BorgCommander. He sits in the comm vehicle doing some commanding and whenever he speaks he says it in an annoying monotone and every word is pronounced in the exact same way so it sounds detached. WE DON'T NEED MORE BORGS K ONE IS ENOUGH ESPECIALLY WHEN IT COMMANDS.
FUCKING ZSHARE MAKES ME RAGE! can't play the file without waiting half an hour, cause its loading with 1Kilobyte per second!!! EDIT (one hour later): that soundfile says exactly what I want empires borg collective to be.
