Water texture Renamed or Missing from 2.23 full

    Just put 2.23 on a different computer and went to check something. The water ati_cheap_001 (I think) that was used for mvalley for a bit was removed from the full installer. This has caused a missing textures problem for my map for people who started with 2.23. I'll need to edit the res and give it back to server owners.

    Other than that, I would ask that it is communicated when something is removed from the materials.
