War Rock

Wooo! I just got this game and its freakin awesome! Anyone else playing?

I love how it mixes Counterstrike with BF2. Freakin rolling + vehicles!! And its FREE!!

 

I think there have been at least two threads about it here. Or some stuff on two threads. I've been playing occasionally since last summer and I think there are some others that still play it too. It's a Korean copy of BF2 in steroids. And for some reason I like it more, although I've played BF2 only briefly on LAN.

Still, it's a fun game every once and a while and at least AA guns work unlike BF2

Not really a game I could play every day for hours at a time but it's still fun

 

It's alright but I get a alot of lag in that game when I'm on server with more than 4 people.

 

Yea, i did a search and nothing with the title War Rock came up so i figured it would be ok :D

I dont get any lag anymore, after the first few servers i played, i dont know why. The only thing that bothers me is that it takes only a few shots to kill, and the guns are crazy accurated when spraying, so thats all you really need to do . But it is fun, i like it more then BF2 and CSS combined.

 

It's pretty fun, until they update it, add a new weopon (as in the Ak-47), that's really powerful, and you don't have hardly any money to buy it, and all the noobs buy it with the starting cash :/

 

It was fun for awhile but I got bored of warrock. Why make a capture point map but have 2 uncapable bases? I play 2142 off and on. They've made a lot of progress in the battlefield series.

 

It keeps not letting me register and my old account doesn't seem to work =(

 

Perhaps I shall try this...


EDIT: I'm a bit dissapointed that Berettas are apparently the only pistols in the universe that can be dual wielded.

Well I was bored & tried to start up War Rock but I got this BS error.

 

I couldn't get on their website then either so I'm guessing something went down.

 

It's down for me now too.

I think people rushing to the website from this thread killed it. :D

 

Here's a tip: Make an account you'll never want to use twice, and try out all the guns with your dinar. Then, make an account you'll want to keep, but only spend dinar on the gun/guns /classes you want. That way you have money in the future for more days with the gun, or a new gun that 's overpowered.

I noticed this in todays paper...

Maybe the game not working has something to do with the game going retail.

 

They had ads for the retail "starter kit" on their website before it went down.
