user guide.

    not realy a bug, but no real idea where to put this...

    the tech tree on the userguide needs to be updated.
    if you install the 2.11 patch, it brings up the userguide, although it is the 2.0 userguide, meaning that there isnt any new tech on the tree.

    also old wall models as well

    prolly should be updated as can confuse new users
