Turret Passenger Rotation

I'm surprised I couldn't find a thread about it. By making the passenger turn whenever the driver turns makes it totally impossible to do anything but drop mines from there. Where it was difficult and buggy before, its utterly impossible now. You can't shoot bullets, rpgs, throw grenades, you can't even look around at will. There is no advantage to this and I'm wondering at this point whose idea it was to put it in.

Just change it back to normal.
