Tool Tips on load

So many times we have EMP RCTs coming driving a CV off a cliff or something...

is it possible to add tooltips while a level loads? ("To get ammoz, find an engineer, armory or APC", "The big boom tank, is in fact, not a boom tank!")

I've seen it in a lot of games...just none of them were ever source games, so I have to wonder if its even possible to do?

 

It is very well possible, but the only problem would be getting it to show during the loading time.

 

Well a "Loading..." sign appears in the bottom right while a level is loading, and that would seem to be an image, so wouldn't it be possible to modify that?

 

If that happens, you could modify it to show random tips.

 

if possible, do it as battlefield 2142 does it; the first time you go through the list, it does it in order, showing you the most basic and important ones first.
