wait a second, sure its not dictated by a platform, but theres that dictation where you need to cache your files because the game has a retarded digital rights restrictions management shit where you have to have steam running, and for valve games you need to cache them or you can't play offline, so no, there is no "freeing" yourselves. But hey over spoofed commercial ftw.

LOL FREE YOURSELVES LOL, well I mean it is more access to other operating systems, which they should do this for linux instead of mac, but like macintosh cost double than a pc and can't do as much as a pc.
But Apple's iProducts are such a huge market, their pcs run more, too, linux on the other hand has some good compatibilities (with the correct drivers etc) and is full customable, and valve might want this big market which most likly consists of high grade noobs which cannot see a reason to buy a pc instead of a overprized mac (does not count for everyone obviously, just the mainstream), hence (most likly ...) they think 1.) they have money 2.) they are too stupid to get valve games on their mac running
It's funny because there are people who come into my university to sell macs except probably half the students in my bit of the university use 3ds max for everything and 3ds max doesn't run on macs.

Well Windows and linux have to be surviving, because I want to play games and use different programs, mac came from bsd, and bsd fails except for internet servers, I don't ever want to have a mac as my primary computer, I don't want to succumb to Marathon, the only good thing on mac are blizzerd games that are NOT WoW.
